Audio Buzz is about 7 minutes long, is updated once a week on Fridays, and contains a mixture of news, commentary, software reviews, and sponsor ads. Always, the themes are along the same lines as le BUZZ...with the primary focus on audio, but also coverage of video news, and any other happenings which impact on those who use the BeOS to do high bandwidth work. Normally, each show contains news headlines, a feature report or interview segment, and a sampling of music produced by a BeOS musician. The program is professionally done (I'm a network announcer and a commercial producer by trade) but is kept friendly and conversational. I am offering free production of your ad, or you may also opt to have me ad lib something so it blends more into the show itself. Either way is fine. There are commercial breaks in the show, with a total maximum of 2 minutes of commerial content in the program. You may purchase multiple ads so you have an ad in each break, and may also mix lengths. Rates are: :15 ad $25 :30 ad $50 :60 ad $100 There is a 15 percent discount on any Audio Buzz order of 3 months or more. Anyone buying ads on both the le BUZZ site and Audio Buzz are entitled to a 25% discount on both. All "Audio Buzz" advertisers will be mentioned in the opening and closing billboard of the show, as well as receiving a credit on the le BUZZ web site. Obviously, with 2 minutes of maximum space, there are an elite number of seats on this flight, which are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so act fast to reserve yours! Audio Buzz is a weekly, audio feature which will be provided on the BeNews and Dane Scott Productions web sites on an on-demand streaming audio basis. It is the producerÆs intention that once the program starts running, it will continue weekly for a considerable length of time. However, should the program need to be cancelled for any reason, advertisers will be notified, and a full refund of the balance of the unused portion of the order will be promptly returned to the advertiser. In signing this order, I agree to the those terms, and will hold Dane Scott Udenberg and Dane Scott Productions harmless of all liability for damages, loss of reputation, loss of business or livelihood, libel, or slander, whether real or perceived, which might result from the placing, maintaining, or providing of advertising ordered by the undersigned party, stemming from any adÆs failure to appear due to human error, technical problems, unsuitability of the ad contents (as determined by Dane Udenberg), or any other reason including any and all issues related to the editorial content the the "Audio Buzz" program.. Remedy and recourse for any grievance shall be limited to reimbursement of the unused portion of the order in place when the grievance is issued.
